Job Requirements
- Put the customer first at all times
- Demonstrate selling experience in a fast paced retail environment
- Greet, sell, and thank the customer
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 environment
- Ability to pass Federal Criminal History and Paradies Lagardere background checks
- Capable of computer work and physical tasks including lifting and bending
- Work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Saturday and Sunday availability is a must
Job Qualifications
- Completed high school or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background checks
Job Duties
- Provide first class service to customers
- Prepare and serve fresh specialty coffees
- Maintain a clean and friendly sales environment
- Ensure food safety and proper handling according to Arkansas health regulations
- Perform tasks on the sales floor and in support areas
- Greet customers and ensure positive shopping experience
- Assist with stocking and merchandising products
