Job Requirements
- Basic education equaling 7 grades
- Minimum age of 14 years
- Must successfully pass a background check, drug screen, physical exam and essential functions test
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to greet and assist the general public
- Ability to distinguish colors
- Ability to make and receive phone calls
- Ability to sit or stand and be attentive for extended periods of time
Job Qualifications
- Basic education equaling 7 grades
- Minimum age of 14 years
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to compute basic math calculations
- Ability to carry out assignments through oral and written instructions
- Ability to read and comprehend City policies and procedures
- Ability to work under distracting conditions
Job Duties
- Greets and assists customers at the front desk and concession stand
- Provide information to patrons at the facility and on the phone
- Enrolls patrons in class
- Collects appropriate fees for swimming, concessions and swim lessons
- Performs general cleaning throughout the facility
- Work days and hours necessary to complete all assigned tasks
- Be punctual and timely in meeting all performance requirements
