- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail experience preferred
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- proficiency in handling point-of-sale transactions
- capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic numeracy skills
- commitment to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts and stocking impulse fixtures
- support omnichannel efforts and participate in recovery and inventory activities
- uphold company shrink and safety policies and meet established performance standards
- engage actively with customers to promote credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- utilize Mobile Warrior device for line management
