Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
- commitment to teamwork and collaboration
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail sales or cashier experience preferred
- ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs occasionally
- ability to work extended periods standing or walking
- ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods
Job Duties
- Greet customers and proactively assist them with their needs
- process sales transactions and returns efficiently
- promote company programs such as loyalty participation and warranty sales
- follow safety and loss prevention policies
- maintain confidentiality of company information
- create an inclusive and welcoming store environment
- support team members across store departments
- perform additional tasks as assigned by management
