Job Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred
- Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Greet guests and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional hospitality ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued
- Learn the menu and current promotions to make personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables promptly ensuring accuracy and speed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with managers and kitchen staff to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
