Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on varying shelf heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and friendly disposition
Job Duties
- Greet guests and accurately process transactions using point-of-sale systems
- Provide outstanding hospitality and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Learn the menu and promotions to make personalized recommendations
- Deliver food promptly to tables and ensure correct orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with managers and team members to resolve issues and ensure efficient service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
