Job Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills
Availability to work a flexible schedule
Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights

Job Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills
Availability to work a flexible schedule
2 years of customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries preferred
2 years experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred

Job Duties

Greet guests, ask questions to understand their needs, offer suggestions, and ensure each transaction is fast and accurate
Deliver outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step into Torchy's
Learn the menu and maintain knowledge of current promotions to make personalized recommendations
Run food to tables, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
Offer refills on chips and drinks proactively
Ensure all guest-facing areas of the restaurant are neat, clean, organized, and inviting
Work collaboratively with managers, kitchen staff, and the Hospitality Team to resolve problems and ensure smooth service
Perform other duties as assigned
