Job Requirements

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within timeline required by location
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist or reach for objects on varying heights

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience providing customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
  • Experience using POS systems preferred
  • Knowledge of food handling and alcohol service certifications required

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and accurately process Point of Sale transactions
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of the menu and current promotions to offer personalized recommendations
  • Run food to tables ensuring orders are correct and prompt
  • Proactively offer refills and identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
  • Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
