Job Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within timeline required by location
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist or reach for objects on varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience providing customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
- Experience using POS systems preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and alcohol service certifications required
Job Duties
- Greet guests and accurately process Point of Sale transactions
- Deliver outstanding hospitality ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued
- Learn and maintain knowledge of the menu and current promotions to offer personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables ensuring orders are correct and prompt
- Proactively offer refills and identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
