Job Duties

  • greet customers and process their purchases accurately and efficiently
  • coordinate and conduct training sessions for front-end associates to enhance their skills
  • ensure compliance with Walmart's policies and procedures during transactions
  • assist in managing front-end operations to maintain a smooth and welcoming customer experience
  • provide support and mentoring to new hires and team members
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout and training areas
