Job Duties

  • greet customers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • coordinate and conduct front-end training sessions for new and existing employees
  • manage training schedules and materials to ensure comprehensive learning
  • provide coaching and support to associates to enhance their customer service skills
  • resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end area
  • collaborate with management to improve training programs and front-end operations
