Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Must follow safety and food handling regulations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Good communication skills

- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Basic cash handling skills and the ability to operate a register
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Be comfortable receiving and implementing feedback
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods and performing tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing and handling materials
- Good finger and wrist dexterity for food prep and register operation
Job Duties
- Support the manager in meeting monthly sales targets
- Promote, sell and distribute store products to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain product inventory, including receiving and stocking deliveries and supplies
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide friendly and professional customer service including addressing concerns
- Ensure the store, equipment and facilities are clean, safe and properly maintained
- Prepare food items consistently according to portion, quality and presentation standards
- Follow all cooperative, state and federal policies and procedures
- Attend required safety and food handling training
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines as required by cooperative, state and federal regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
