Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Must be able to learn product information quickly
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
- Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to the Express to let them know you will be right with them
- Listen to customer needs and ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer the right products
- Ensure customers have an extraordinary shopping experience
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
- Maintain merchandise, signs, and labels on the sales floor
- Stay up to date on product trends to better assist customers
