Job Duties
- Ring up purchases quickly and accurately
- keep transactions smooth and friendly, even when the line is long
- check IDs and follow Idaho regulations when selling alcohol
- assist customers at self-checkout, making tech feel friendly and approachable
- jump in when things are slow-bag, tidy, restock, dust, wrangle carts, and keep cafe and restrooms looking great
- learn Webcart pulling and delivery process to serve online shoppers
- defuse tricky situations with calm professionalism and a neutral smile
