Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of cashier or customer service experience grocery a plus
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Punctuality reliability and pride in a job well done
- Flexibility to adapt schedule with store needs
- Ability to stand bend reach and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Ring up purchases quickly and accurately
- Keep transactions smooth and friendly even when the line is long
- Check IDs and follow Idaho regulations when selling alcohol
- Assist customers at self-checkout making tech feel friendly and approachable
- Jump in when things are slow to bag tidy restock dust wrangle carts and keep the café and restrooms looking great
- Learn Webcart pulling and delivery process to serve online shoppers
- Defuse tricky situations with calm professionalism and a neutral smile
