Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- available to work Monday through Friday from 10am to 2pm
- ability to work in a school environment
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow food safety guidelines
- ability to handle cash responsibly
- strong customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to operate cash register and handle cash accurately
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to stand for extended periods
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- provide Genuine quality customer service with all clienteles by greeting, thanking, etc.
- craft drinks to order with care and accuracy
- ring out guests as needed at the cash register and follow cash handling procedures
- ensure food safety standards are being followed
- provide great customer service following Genuine standards
- maintain a clean working environment and help the team with any additional cleaning duties
- restock areas as needed, following proper FIFO rotation
- assist other team members as needed
- all other duties as assigned
