Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings and afternoons
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Ability to craft beverages accurately
- Basic cash handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
- Friendly and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Provide Genuine quality customer service with all clienteles by greeting, thanking, etc.
- Craft drinks to order with care and accuracy
- Ring out guests as needed at the cash register and follow cash handling procedures
- Ensure food safety standards are being followed
- Provide great customer service following Genuine standards
- Maintain a clean working environment and help the team with any additional cleaning duties
- Restock areas as needed, following proper FIFO rotation
- Assist other team members as needed
- All other duties as assigned
