provide support and assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults

Job Duties

Greet and engage customers actively
process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently
operate Point of Sale (POS) system handling cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, coupons, and loyalty offers
adhere to company policies on cash shortages, restricted sales, and checkout procedures
report pricing discrepancies and manage food safety regulations
comply with safety programs and report unsafe conditions to management
inspect and notify about equipment maintenance needs
provide knowledgeable assistance answering product questions
follow local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines
manage conflicts cooperatively and respectfully
