Job Duties
- Process cash, credit, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently
- provide excellent hospitality by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and addressing concerns or issues
- efficiently handle incoming orders, accurately input them into the point-of-sale (POS) system, and coordinate with other team members
- familiarize with the restaurant's menu offerings, including meats and sides, to describe items and recommend purchases
- maintain a neat and organized cash register area
- complete tasks assigned by the management team
