Job Requirements

- At least one year of cashier experience preferred for Head Cashier
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to provide customer service

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle transactions accurately
- Leadership experience or potential for Head Cashier role
- Knowledge of retail operations and Point of Sale systems
- Ability to train and coach other employees
Job Duties
- Process checkout and return transactions efficiently and accurately
- Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area to ensure smooth operation
- Proactively acquire product and project knowledge to assist customers and identify selling opportunities
- Follow all company policies and procedures to minimize shrink and ensure security
- Position Cashiers during shifts and expedite price checks
- Approve Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for various service points including mainline registers and Self-Checkout
- Provide first level escalation for customer issues and assist in supervision, coaching, and training of Front End Associates
