Job Requirements

  • Standing and/or walking 100% of time
  • ability to lift occasionally up to 40 lbs
  • ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs
  • maintain acceptable attendance record
  • adherence to company uniform and hygiene standards
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to follow company policies and procedures

  • willingness to learn menu items and specials
  • commitment to following safety and sanitation guidelines
  • customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
  • utilize tools to stay organized and communicate daily specials with management
  • bus tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
  • restock and organize areas around checkout counters
  • handle all POS transactions ethically including cash, meal plan, and Cater Trax orders
  • make accurate change and balance cash drawer after each meal
  • follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • adhere to cleaning schedules using clean as you go techniques
  • comply with attendance policies including timely arrival and proper call-off procedures
  • follow uniform dress code and maintain hygiene
  • maintain guest satisfaction procedures and work collaboratively with team members
