Job Requirements
- Standing and/or walking 100% of time
- ability to lift occasionally up to 40 lbs
- ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs
- maintain acceptable attendance record
- adherence to company uniform and hygiene standards
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures

- commitment to following safety and sanitation guidelines
- customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
- utilize tools to stay organized and communicate daily specials with management
- bus tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- restock and organize areas around checkout counters
- handle all POS transactions ethically including cash, meal plan, and Cater Trax orders
- make accurate change and balance cash drawer after each meal
- follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- adhere to cleaning schedules using clean as you go techniques
- comply with attendance policies including timely arrival and proper call-off procedures
- follow uniform dress code and maintain hygiene
- maintain guest satisfaction procedures and work collaboratively with team members
