Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cashier or retail experience desirable
  • Ability to handle cash accurately
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Handle cash and transactions accurately
  • Enforce quality, cleanliness, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, and food safety standards
  • Participate in cashier training and follow company policies including WIC, checks, liquor, and tobacco
  • Manage voids, refunds, cancellation, and transaction recalls
  • Maintain cashier productivity
  • Present and organize the front end and ensure personal uniform and appearance meet standards
  • Perform other store duties as needed
