Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to greet guests quickly and courteously
  • Proven ability to manage cash and use POS systems accurately
  • Knowledge of safe food handling procedures
  • Willingness to assist other team members as needed
  • Ability to maintain calm and tactful demeanor during difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest within 3-5 seconds with a smile and positive attitude
  • Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Take accurate customer orders and process payments using the POS system
  • Deliver completed orders to guests efficiently and courteously
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with a positive approach
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant interior and exterior
  • Follow safe food handling and cash management procedures
