Job Duties
- Greet all guests within 3-5 seconds with a positive attitude
- Answer phone calls and take accurate orders
- Deliver completed orders promptly and courteously
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints efficiently
- Follow all cash management and POS procedures accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and staging of the restaurant interior and exterior
- Assist other team members and positions as needed
