Job Duties

  • Greet guests within 3-5 seconds of arrival
  • Answer phone calls and take accurate orders
  • Deliver completed orders to guests with a friendly attitude
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints efficiently
  • Follow cash management procedures and ring sales correctly through POS
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant interior and exterior
  • Assist other team members and support overall team operations
  • Comply with safety, sanitation, and product handling protocols
  • Engage guests by promoting add-on sales
  • Verify age requirements for alcohol sales when applicable
  • Participate in opening and closing the restaurant duties
