Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- High school diploma preferred
- Some hospitality experience preferred
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance
- Able to work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Able to listen and provide feedback
- Willing to assist other positions when necessary
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to follow cash management and POS procedures

- High school diploma preferred
- Some hospitality experience preferred
- Strong guest service mentality with a genuine desire to serve guests
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized and detail oriented

- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and improve continuously
Job Duties
- Greet all guests within 3-5 seconds with a positive attitude
- Answer phone calls and take accurate orders
- Deliver completed orders to guests promptly
- Provide friendly and professional service to ensure a quality guest experience
- Handle guest complaints or issues efficiently and escalate to management when needed
- Follow cash management procedures and properly process sales through the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and staging of restaurant interior and exterior
- Assist other team members and roles as needed
- Verify legal age for alcoholic beverage requests
- Adhere to safe food handling and operational procedures
- Open and/or close the restaurant as required
- Upsell additional items to enhance guest orders
