Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
previous cashier or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
basic math skills and cash-handling experience
ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

Greet and assist customers as they enter the restaurant
take customer orders accurately and efficiently
process customer payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods
provide accurate change and receipts to customers
ensure the accuracy of orders before handing them to customers
maintain a clean and organized cashier area
assist with stocking and organizing inventory in the front of house
handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
follow all health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards
perform other duties as assigned by management
