Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or retail preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- capability to operate scanning and register equipment
- strong judgment and decision-making skills
- flexibility to work varied hours including weekends
- willingness to follow store policies and procedures

- friendly and outgoing personality
- experience working on a front end
- knowledge of coupons, returns, security procedures and etiquette
- motivated to grow their career and continue learning

Job Duties
- make lasting connections with customers
- ring up customer purchases in an accurate, efficient, and prompt manner
- problem solve customer questions and or concerns, may need to call a manager
- help maintain a clean and safe store
- work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
- promote customer service for the entire team
- use knowledge of coupons, returns, security procedures, and etiquette
