Job Duties
- provide fast, friendly, and accurate cashier service
- process checkout and return transactions
- monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
- proactively seek product and project knowledge
- identify selling opportunities
- position and support cashiers by expediting price checks
- approve point of sale transactions and markdowns for various service areas
- provide first level escalation for customer issues
- assist in coaching, training, and supervising front end associates
