Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- passion for food and people
- energetic and positive attitude
- willingness to take direction and work both independently and with a team
- ability to lift at least 20 pounds regularly
- able to reach, squat, and bend
- able to work up to 6 hours in a fast-paced setting
- willingness to learn and develop
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for cash handling
- knowledge of food safety standards is beneficial
- positive attitude and teamwork orientation
Job Duties
- Accurately ring in orders and accept payments with urgency
- keep the line moving at a good pace
- create memorable guest interactions consistent with company values
- maintain professionalism and hospitality standards
- demonstrate thorough understanding of menu offerings and answer guest questions
- take active role in food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant appearance
- help with stocking, cleaning, and additional opening/closing/mid-shift responsibilities as needed
