Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • passion for food and people
  • energetic and positive attitude
  • willingness to take direction and work both independently and with a team
  • ability to lift at least 20 pounds regularly
  • able to reach, squat, and bend
  • able to work up to 6 hours in a fast-paced setting
  • willingness to learn and develop
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • knowledge of food safety standards is beneficial
  • positive attitude and teamwork orientation

Job Duties

  • Accurately ring in orders and accept payments with urgency
  • keep the line moving at a good pace
  • create memorable guest interactions consistent with company values
  • maintain professionalism and hospitality standards
  • demonstrate thorough understanding of menu offerings and answer guest questions
  • take active role in food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant appearance
  • help with stocking, cleaning, and additional opening/closing/mid-shift responsibilities as needed
