Job Duties

Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises
managing transactions using a cash register, accepting payments in cash or credit
balancing the cash register
checking bag for quantities and accuracy once a guest arrives
providing correct change and receipts
issuing coupons and gift cards
ability to effectively resolve complaints
upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
