Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to follow directions and work well in a team environment
  • No curbside or drive-thru experience required
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook wings, boneless wings, and tenders according to Wingstop recipes
  • Hand-sauce and toss wings in customer-selected flavors
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Follow food safety and health regulations
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
