Job Duties
- Greet guests within 3-5 seconds of arrival
- Answer phones and take accurate orders

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve low-level complaints
- Follow cash management and POS procedures
- Assist with opening and closing the restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant interior and exterior
