Job Duties
- Greet guests within 3-5 seconds of arrival
- answer phone calls courteously and professionally
- accurately take and process guest orders
- deliver completed orders with a positive attitude
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints
- ensure compliance with cash handling procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant interior and exterior
- assist team members with various tasks as needed
- verify age requirements for alcoholic beverage sales
