Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Ability to operate front end equipment including register, calculator and scanner
- Dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills with ability to take direction and constructive criticism
- Ability to perform repetitious activities with multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Must lift/carry product weighing up to 30 lbs from 36" to 24" for a distance up to 3 feet without mechanical assistance
- Must use both hands to move grocery carts requiring a force up to 35 lbs for a distance up to 4 feet
- Requires strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers
- Proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills
- Ability to read, write and count
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Process customer orders quickly, accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer cash, credit/debit payments and provide accurate change
- Assist customers with information and resolving complaints
- Stock shelves, face and dust products as needed
- Maintain checkout area in a clean and orderly condition
- Provide knowledge of weekly ad items and direct customers to product locations
- Communicate effectively with front end manager and Head Cashier
