Job Duties
- Drive sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding store and individual goals
- Manage customer transactions accurately at the point of sale
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
- Participate actively in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- Maintain store appearance, including merchandising and replenishment
- Control merchandise and cash wrap consistently daily
- Communicate customer merchandise needs with Store Management and handle multiple customers professionally
