Job Duties
- Set up the ColdLine by assembling equipment, stocking products and preparing the dining room
- Warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders and facilitate drivethru service efficiently
- Build custard items to specification and deliver them quickly to guests
- Check on guests, seek feedback and maintain a clean dining room and service area
- Follow strict washing, sanitation and safety procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Understand all ingredients, time standards and display a strong sense of urgency
- Break down and clean equipment and stations at closing
- properly store products
