Job Duties
- greet customers and handle cash register transactions accurately

- maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions
- provide excellent customer service to all guests
- balance cash drawers and prepare reports at the end of shifts
- manage and resolve customer complaints politely and efficiently
- assist with opening and closing duties as needed
