Job Duties

Greet, engage, and assist customers actively and visibly
Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently through the check lane
Handle various payment methods including cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, coupons, and loyalty offers according to company policies
Control cash shortages and overages honestly and effectively
Adhere to guidelines on restricted sale items like alcohol, tobacco, and DVDs
Report pricing discrepancies to the Scan Coordinator
Follow policies for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons
