Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or retail is beneficial
Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
Capability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
Basic math and cash handling skills
Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service
Handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end
Follow company policies for WIC, checks, liquor, and tobacco
Participate in cashier training and adhere to procedures for voids, refunds, and transaction cancellations
Meet personal cashier productivity goals
Present a professional appearance and maintain store standards
Perform other store duties as assigned
