Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
Capability to lift or move objects up to 30 pounds
Regular and predictable attendance
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Basic math skills preferred
Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Process member purchases including verifying, renewing, and upgrading memberships
Scan merchandise accurately and manage point-of-sale transactions
Accept various forms of payments including cash, check, and charge payments
Provide excellent member service by addressing and resolving concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line department
Assist members with self-checkout and technical difficulties
Stock merchandise and execute promotional plans
Follow all club policies and procedures
Support a safe and positive environment for members and team
Perform additional duties and work in other departments as needed
