Job Duties
- Greet all guests within 3-5 seconds
- answer phone inquiries promptly and professionally
- take accurate food and beverage orders
- deliver completed orders to guests with a positive attitude
- resolve low level guest issues efficiently
- follow cash management procedures and properly ring sales through POS
- assist other positions as needed to support the team
- maintain cleanliness and staging of restaurant interior and exterior
- verify age requirements for alcoholic beverage orders
- open and close the restaurant according to procedures
