Job Requirements

  • previous experience handling cash or in customer service roles
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Process cash, credit, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently
  • provide excellent hospitality by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and addressing concerns or issues in a polite and professional manner
  • efficiently handle incoming orders, accurately input them into the point-of-sale (POS) system, and coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
  • familiarize with the restaurant's menu offerings, including meats and accompanying sides, to effectively describe items and recommend additional purchases to enhance the customer's dining experience
  • maintain a neat and organized cash register area, including proper storage of cash, change, and related supplies
  • complete tasks asked for by the management team
