Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food service
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and customer service
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Welcome and assist guests with a positive and professional attitude
- Prepare coffee drinks, other beverages, and guest orders with accuracy and care
- Stock and display pastries, breads, and retail items consistently throughout the day
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and back-of-house spaces
- Assist with inventory rotation and receiving daily deliveries
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management, including daily opening and closing procedures
