Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
at least 1 year of cashier experience
strong interpersonal skills
ability to handle customer issues professionally
proficiency in point of sale systems
ability to supervise and motivate a team
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year cashier experience
strong customer service skills
leadership and team management abilities
excellent communication skills
ability to train and coach others
knowledge of point of sale systems
familiarity with retail policies and procedures

Job Duties

Position cashiers efficiently during shifts
expedite price checks and approve point of sale transactions and markdowns
provide first level escalation for customer issues
assist in the supervision, coaching, and training of front end associates
monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
process checkout and return transactions accurately and efficiently
proactively seek product and project knowledge to provide customer information and sales opportunities
