This job opening is for the position of Cashier, also referred to as Customer Service Associate, at Floor & Decor. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role as the first and last point of contact for customers within the store. This position is available for both full-time and part-time employment, with a minimum base pay starting at $15.00 per hour, and the potential for higher starting pay depending on experience. The role requires delivering outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, efficiently processing transactions, handling returns, and assisting customers with inquiries about products and projects.

The job requires some physical activity, including lifting medium-weight objects and standing for extended periods.
