Job Qualifications

  • Experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
  • food handler certification is required
  • strong cash handling skills
  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and/or holidays

Job Duties

  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
  • greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner whether by phone or in person
  • place orders for guests in-person and over the phone
  • upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions, along with new items and promotions
  • be knowledgeable on menu offerings, sauce descriptions, and promotions to better assist guests in making order recommendations and answering questions
  • monitor that all orders are ready within the quoted guest order readiness times
  • verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery to guests to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
  • strong cash handling skills to accurately process cash, credit card and gift card transactions, and balance of register at end of shift
  • assist in maintaining a clean workplace
  • keep the front of house clean and stocked
  • including restrooms
  • restock products during periods of downtime or as directed
  • practice safe food handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • promote safety in the workplace
  • maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to the company’s uniform standards
  • receive and handle complaints from guests and guide the manager on duty if a problem requires escalation
  • leave guests with a long-lasting and positive impression of their Wingstop experience
