Job Duties

Be visible and actively greet customers
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle various payment methods including cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, coupons, and loyalty offers
Adhere to company policies on cash shortages, overages, and restricted sales items
Report pricing discrepancies and follow policies for gift cards, postage stamps, and coupons
Stay current with seasonal and special promotions
Comply with food safety regulations and safety procedures
Identify unsafe conditions and notify management
Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance
Provide excellent customer service by answering product questions
Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
Act honestly and with integrity regarding customer and business information
Follow directions and seek assistance as needed
Support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
Perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
