Job Duties
- Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding store and individual goals
- Achieve or exceed established goals including sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale, units per transaction, conversion, charge accounts, contests, and other brand KPIs
- Utilize selling skills and customer service standards from company training programs
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through friendliness and excellent service
- Participate actively in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- Maintain store appearance, personal grooming, and company performance standards
- Manage multiple customers and projects effectively, including printing merchandise tags timely
- Communicate customer merchandise needs and collaborate with Store Management
- Control merchandise and maintain cash wrap daily as directed
- Demonstrate professionalism in customer interactions and telephone communications
