Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Process checkout and return transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain self-checkout areas to ensure smooth operation
- Provide fast, friendly, and safe customer service at all times
- Position cashiers and expedite price checks
- Approve point of sale transactions and markdowns across various service points including mainline registers, returns, pro desk, and tool rental
- Provide first level escalation for customer issues
- Assist in supervising, coaching, and training front end associates and new cashiers
