Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent computer skills with competency in PDI Enterprise POS
- Strong customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn tasks quickly and work with little supervision
- Basic math proficiency
- Valid Food Handlers Permit if required
- English communication skills verbal and written
- Availability to work flexible shifts including different stores in district
- Ability to stand or walk entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from ground to waist
- Ability to bend and twist during work
- Ability to work with arms bent all day
- Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch while working
- Ability to push and pull with force up to 20 pounds
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to grasp and manipulate objects during work
Job Qualifications

- Open availability to work all shifts at home store and other district stores when needed
Job Duties
- Take measures to preserve the safety of employees and others in the work location
- Operate POS (cash register and fuel console) precisely and accurately manage money and other payment types
- Enter all transactions into the register, accept payments and account for all funds
- Perform service transactions such as credit card transactions, coupon redemption, vendor check-in, alcohol, tobacco, lottery, and fast-food sales according to company policy
- Check identification for restricted product sales as required
- Actively participate in all sales promotions and campaigns
- Practice suggestive selling and build customer relations
- Review and comply with relevant laws affecting store operations
- Maintain a neat personal appearance and wear company uniform and name tag
- Prepare hot food items as directed by Store Manager
- Ensure store cleanliness and sanitation inside and out
- Sweep floors and spot mop as needed
- Clean fuel delivery area, pumps, and change water/trash outdoors
- Regularly check and restock restrooms
- Clean counter surfaces, store equipment, and dispose of trash
- Face merchandise and dust shelves
- Organize backroom supplies and clean station windows
- Receive and stock product deliveries using proper lift techniques
- Maintain shelf stocking to prevent empty spaces
- Conduct daily inspections of perishable products
- Follow company safety, robbery and violence policies
- Act as barista backup conducting sales transactions and maintaining food supply
- Brew fresh coffee every two hours and maintain condiment bar
- Perform night shift cleaning duties including deep cleaning restrooms and equipment
- Prepare for morning rush ensuring coffee and machines are ready
